What are your best leadership qualities?
As a young worker, I was motivated by managers who spoke plainly and acted with integrity. Now, as a managing attorney, I try to embody these same leadership qualities.
What is your proudest accomplishment outside your career? During the pandemic, I was able to sponsor the construction of a new boxing gym for at-risk youth in Southeast Portland.
Everyone was very helpful and kind. Bankruptcy is a hard decision to make, and this office made it very easy. When I lost my job, I still owed money towards the fee and they were kind enough to tell me to take my time, no pressure. I am very pleased with whole experience. Thank you!
